Jan 17 – Feb 2, 2019. 7:30 pm

Award-winning Canadian playwright Judith Thompson’s seminal play Lion in the Streets centres around Isobel, the ghost of a murdered nine-year-old Portuguese girl. Returning to the neighbourhood seventeen years after her death, young Isobel drops into the lives of her neighbours and reveals the hauntingly raw underbelly of human nature.

Ultimately hopeful, Lion in the Streets devours with devastating beauty.

Contains adult themes and language and therefore may not be suitable for younger audiences.
