 nd if things are getting a little stressful at this point! Take a one hour 
 break from studying and join Arts Academic Advisors in an online session ab
 out tips and tricks for keeping yourself on track with your studies. Learn 
 some strategies for getting you closer to achieving your personal and acade
 mic goals in 2024.</p><p>In this one hour session\, you will have a chance 
 to:</p><ul><li>Gain a better understanding of academic standing and continu
 ation requirements in the Faculty of Arts.</li><li>Engage in guided reflect
 ion about yourself and your studies.</li><li>Learn about different types of
  resources available and specific ways they can help.</li><li>Hear from stu
 dent leaders on easy applicable strategies that you can use right away to e
 levate your study skills.</li></ul><p>This session is open to all Arts unde
 rgraduates in any year level. Whether you are newer to UBC\, or have been h
 ere for a few semesters (or years)\, this session is designed to increase k
 nowledge of campus resources and enhance your knowledge of what you can do 
 now to accomplish all of your coursework to the best of your ability.</p><p
