

This workshop is a student-led session hosted by Arts Peer Advisors. The goal is to provide a supportive, peer-to-peer environment where students can hear practical strategies for navigating one of the busiest times of the term. Through interactive discussion and shared experiences, students will learn concrete skills for managing academic demands while maintaining balance and well-being.

- Identify effective time management and study strategies for balancing midterms, finals, projects, and papers.
- Tips on writing papers and approaches to breaking down large assignments into manageable steps.
- Gain insight into peer-tested study techniques, productivity tools, and group project strategies.
- Understand how to access academic and wellness resources at UBC.
- Build confidence by hearing first-hand experiences from upper-year peers.
- Leave with practical tips for reducing stress and staying organized during peak academic periods.
