Some students find that joining UBC in 2nd year or late r can be bit tricky to navigate. You may be feeling out of sync or disconne cted. If that is the case come and meet other transfer and mature students who might feel the same. There will be coffee\, tea and some healthy snacks as well as info and resources. If you didn’t come directly to UBC from Hig h School then this event is for you.

This Student Wellbeing workshop i s part of a series of events in The Compass: Arts Students Engagement Hub. Student life can be challenging. Classes\, exams\, friendship and family drama can all pile up and lead to feelings of anxiety and stress. The good news is there are healthy habits you can learn and practice that will allow you to better navigate difficulties and even thrive throughout the semester and beyond.< /em>
