Missed our course planning workshop in September? Here’s your chance to catch up with us at the start of Term 2! Arts Academic Advising is hosting a refresher on the BA degree requirements and credit requirements for students who entered the program in 2024/25 or later. We will also spend time going over the Academic Progress Report (APR) in Workday to demonstrate how you can do your own progress check after every registration change.
This session is designed for students who began their BA degree in the 2024W Session or later.
What you can expect to get out of this workshop:
- Get a quick review of the BA degree/credit requirements
- Understand how the Ways of Knowing Breadth Areas fit into your Arts degree
- Learn how to interpret different elements of the APR, as well as familiarize yourself with Workday terminology
- Explore potential program combinations by creating an Evaluated Academic Requirements report to try on different Programs of Study ahead of declaration
- Check the steps on how to officially self-declare up to two Programs of Study
- Understand what to keep in mind when using the APR if you are pursuing two Programs of Study
- Utilize online resources that can help you navigate Workday and track your degree progress effectively throughout your undergrad
This workshop will occur online using Zoom. Download the free Zoom app or join via web browser (Google Chrome preferred) on a computer, laptop or mobile device.
