 duce them?  This talk will explore the representation and reproduction of m
 onsters in popular culture\, literature\, and film and ask you to consider 
 who is rendered monstrous and why? Do social and political discourses deter
 mine whose bodies are deemed monstrous? Can monsters or monster theories of
