

There are many impactful events happening locally and globally that have an effect on our wellbeing. The goal of this session is to provide support and suggestions on coping with the normal feelings that arise during difficult times like these, and to help identify when you might wish to reach out for more individualized support.
We will discuss:
- Typical physical, emotional and behavioural reactions
- Strategies for coping
- Strategies for coping in the moment (in class)
- On- and off-campus resources
- Grounding exercises
