Create art in response to reflections around Politics of the Body, exploring the stories we carry. In this workshop we will use grounding exercises and expressive arts therapy prompts to delve into these topics as facilitated by Jotika Chaudhary Samant. Materials provided but you are welcome to bring your own markers, felts, pastels, crayons etc and/or collage materials, for working on large format paper which will be provided. No experience with art making is necessary to attend.Wear comfortable clothing. You’re welcome to bring a snack.

Priority for registration will be given to folks who identify as IBPoC, LGBTQ2SIA+ and/or folks who identify with having a disability. If you identify with one or more of these intersections you are welcome to attend”. Must register to receive confirmation of your spot.
