Get ready to celebrate the beauty of multilingualism! Join us at the Arts Student Centre from March 4 to 8 for our annual Arts Multilingual Week! This event is the perfect opportunity to immerse yourself in cultures and languages from around the world.
In collaboration with multiple units from the Faculty of Arts and beyond, we will feature a plethora of activities designed to engage with the diverse range of languages spoken at UBC. We will showcase students, scholars, and community members reflecting on multilingualism as a practice, discussing career opportunities for multilingual graduates, and performing multilingualism through artistic means. From poetry slams to art competitions, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
