Join our host Afro-Latina writer, producer, activist, and UBC film studies student Coral Santana on Spotify as she takes you through the depths of captivating books, alongside writers and other creatives who are out to disrupt and deepen our world view.
This inaugural film festival brings together films from all over the world to foster discussion of how different parts of the world view the role of women in society. The festival consists of four films — available to stream throughout the month of March — which will be accompanied by discussion panels hosted by UBC students, staff, faculty and alumni.
Organized in concert with the 44th Annual AHVA Graduate Symposium of the same name, Radical (Re)worlding is a juried exhibition that looks squarely at the present with the goal of opening to radically different, speculative futures.
